Our Story

Formed in 2001, Digerati Solutions was created by Brian Balasia, to fill a critical problem for businesses in the metro Detroit region. Balasia, an aerospace engineer, witnessed the engineering firms that he worked for spending large sums of money on Information Technology systems without a clear understanding of any expected return on investment. It was Balasia's belief that information technology was merely a set of tools meant to drive efficiency, quality, and ultimately improve the bottom line.

Today, Digerati Solutions continues to operate under those same guiding principles. The company works with clients in a wide range of industry sectors to evaluate business processes, human resources, and technology systems, in turn creating streamlined operations and driving tangible returns. The company has seen considerable growth over the past five years, and moved its headquarters to downtown Detroit in 2005.
